【摘要】 以产学研合作企业为研究对象,从过程的角度对知识整合进行了界定,并对产学研合作创新网络、知识整合和技术创新之间的关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,知识整合在网络结构对技术创新的影响过程中起着完全中介作用,在网络关系对技术创新的影响过程中起着部分中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper gives the connotation of knowledge integration from the angle of process,and then it examines the relationship among innovation network,knowledge integration and technology innovation based on enterprises in Cooperation of Industry University and Research Institute.Results show that: knowledge integration has a totally medium effect between network structure and technology innovation,and it has a partly medium effect between network relation and technology innovation.更多还原
