碳酸氢铵沉淀法制备超细Y2O3反应条件对粒度的影响
Effects of Reaction Conditions on the Particle Size of Ultra-fine Y2O3 Prepared by NH4HCO3 Precipitation Method
【摘要】 用共沉淀法制备超细Y2O3,研究了料液浓度、复合分散剂和体系反应温度对粒度的影响。在硝酸钇溶液中,加入PVA和SDBS分散剂,以NH4HCO3为沉淀剂,得到碳酸钇前驱体,过滤,120℃干燥,在700℃灼烧3h,制备出了分散性好、平均体积粒径为97.5nm的超细Y2O3粉体;得到了在硝酸体系中制备超细Y2O3的最佳工艺条件:硝酸钇的浓度为0.3mol/L,复合分散剂加入量3%,体系反应温度50℃~60℃。
【Abstract】 Ultra-fine Y2O3 was prepared by coprecipitation.The effects of feed concentration,compound dispersant and system temperature on the particle size of Y2O3 were studied.In the yttrium nitrate solution,by adding PVA and SDBS dispersant,using NH4HCO3 as the precipitating agent,yttrium carbonate precursor was obtained,the precursor was filtered,dried at 120℃ and burnt for 3h at 700℃,ultra-fine Y2O3 with good decentralized nature was prepared,mean volume diameter was 97.5nm.The optimum conditions of preparation of Y2O3 were obtained in nitric acid system:yttrium nitrate concentration was 0.3mol/L,the amount of compound dispersant was 3%,and system reaction temperature was 50℃~60℃.
