离子交换树脂法制备纳米La2O3及表征

【摘要】 以La(NO3)3.6H2O为原料,用强碱性阴离子交换树脂为沉淀剂,制备了纳米La2O3。前驱物及产物进行了TG-DTA、XRD、TEM、HRTEM、SAED、BET等表征。实验结果表明,前驱物是La(OH)3,产物为宽约20nm~25nm、长约为80nm~200nm的板状或棒状La2O3纳米多晶体。

【Abstract】 Nano-La2O3 were synthesized by the precipitation of strong alkaline ion-exchanged resins,using La(NO3)3·6H2O as a raw material.The compositions and morphologies of the precursor compound and the product were characterized by TG-DTA,XRD,TEM,HRTEM,SAED and BET.The experimental results show that the precursor compound is La(OH)3,and the product is the La2O3.Furthermore,the La2O3is the plate-or stick-like nanocrystals with the width of 20nm~25nm and the length of 80nm~200nm.
