溶胶-凝胶法制备钇修饰氧化铝载体的热稳定性研究

【摘要】 利用柠檬酸为配体的溶胶-凝胶法制备钇修饰的氧化铝样品,并通过XRD,BET等测试手段对氧化铝样品的物相组成、孔结构和热稳定性进行研究,结果表明钇的添加,抑制了介稳态氧化铝向热力学稳定态α-Al2O3的转变,提高了γ-Al2O3的相变温度,同时,降低了氧化铝的微孔烧结和比表面积下降的速度,从而提高了氧化铝的高温热稳定性。

【Abstract】 Alumina modified with rare earth element yttrium was prepared by sol-gel method,using citric acid as ligand.XRD and BET were used to study the constitute of phase,pore structure and thermal stability of alumina,the results show that the addition of rare earth element yttrium can delay the phase transformation from metastable phase alumina to corundum phase(α-Al2O3),which is the most thermodynamically stable phase,improve the temperature of phase transformation,keep micro-pore of alumina from sintering,suppress the decrease of the surface area of alumina and enhance the thermal stability.
