微量铒对Al-4.5Mg-0.7Mn-0.1Zr合金高温力学性能及组织的影响

【摘要】 对含微量Er的A l-4.5Mg-0.7Mn-0.1Zr合金在150℃时的力学性能进行测定,并通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射以及透射电镜对合金的微观组织进行分析,结果发现微量的Er可以在保持试验合金的延伸率基本不变的情况下,显著提高合金的高温力学性能。这是由于Er在试验合金中形成了纳米级的且与基体共格的A l3Er粒子,A l3Er粒子在试验温度下不聚集、不长大,具有很高的高温稳定性,通过阻碍位错运动抑制试验合金的再结晶过程并提高其高温力学性能。

【Abstract】 The mechanical properties under 150 ℃ of Al-4.5Mg-0.7Mn-0.1Zr alloys with Er addition were tested,and the microstructure were analyzed by scanning electrochemical microcopy,X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microcopy.It showed that the mechanical properties under 150 ℃ of experimental alloys could be improved greatly by trace elements Er addition with the elongation keeping stabilization.It was found that the Al3Er particles,which formed with Er addition,were nanophases and had coherent relationship with the matrix.At the same time Al3Er particles had good stability and no aggregation or growing up under the experimental temperature,which hindered the moving of dislocation and inhibited the course of recrystallizing,thus improving the high temperature mechanical properties of experimental alloys.
