微米级稀土掺杂NaYF4荧光粉的水热合成及性质研究
Hydrothermal Growth and Properties of Micro-Sized NaYF4 Doped with Rare Earth Ions
【摘要】 以EDTA为螯合剂,采用水热法合成了微米级单掺Pr3+,Nd3+,Sm3+,Eu3+,Er3+等的NaYF4荧光粉材料。通过XRD和SEM观察分析,得出所合成的材料分散性良好,相纯度较高,并认为EDTA在水热熟化过程中,对控制微晶的形貌有很大的作用;分别在各自对应的几个波长光激发或发射下,可观察到较强的激发峰或发射峰,对发光机制进行了初步探讨,基质晶格场的作用导致了一些发射峰的红移或蓝移。
【Abstract】 Micro-sized NaYF4 doped with Pr3+,Nd3+,Sm3+,Eu3+,and Er3+ were prepared separately via a mild hydrothermal route assisted by EDTA.Through XRD and SEM observations,well-dispersed materials of high phase purity were synthesized successfully,which showed relatively strong excitation and emission spectra under their conventional wavelengths respectively.The shape of the micro-crystal was considered to be controlled greatly by EDTA during the hydrothermal riping process.The optical mechanism was also discussed to some extent.The emission peaks showed a red shift or blue shift because of the matrix crystal field.
