【Abstract】 Currently,quite a few students of higher vocational colleges do not have high study initiatives.In allusion to this phenomenon,this paper,on the basis of social role theory,suggests that teachers should be the "tour guide" in the program course of higher vocational education,and offer comprehensive planning,create situation,improves the capability of research and development as well as team cooperation ability,etc.so as to play the role of "tour guide" well.更多还原
