高等职业教育项目课程与教师角色
On Program Course and Teachers’ Roles of Higher Vocational Education
【摘要】 当下,不少高职学生学习的积极性很低。针对这种现象,以社会角色理论为基础,提出在高职教育项目课程过程中教师是"导游",教师要提供整体规划,创设情境,通过强化服务意识,提高研发能力、团队合作能力等,扮演好"导游"。
【Abstract】 Currently,quite a few students of higher vocational colleges do not have high study initiatives.In allusion to this phenomenon,this paper,on the basis of social role theory,suggests that teachers should be the "tour guide" in the program course of higher vocational education,and offer comprehensive planning,create situation,improves the capability of research and development as well as team cooperation ability,etc.so as to play the role of "tour guide" well.
