【摘要】 发达国家在参与国际贸易的过程中,不断实施环境掠夺,主要表现为污染产业与危险废弃物的跨境转移及其不平等贸易下的隐性资源掠夺等。发达国家的环境掠夺,直接危害了人类、动植物的生命与健康安全,增加了发展中国家污染防治的成本,加剧了发展中国家生态资源与能源物质的过度开发,也影响了全球可持续发展的进程。立足于我国的现实,应该从六个方面应对国际贸易中的环境掠夺。更多还原

【Abstract】 The developed countries keep on the environmental despoliation in international trade,mainly marked by transferring contaminative industries and dangerous rubbish to other countries as well as plundering recessive resources under unfair trade.The developed countries’ resource despoliation has damaged safety and health of human being,animals and plants,increased the developing countries’ cost of prevention and control of environmental pollution,aggravated the over-development of ecological resources and energy resources,and affected the global sustainable development.Based on China’s actual reality,this paper proposes some suggestions from six aspects.更多还原
