光栅信号鉴相细分模块的设计与Simulink仿真
Design of Phase Discrimination Interpolation Module for Grating Signal and Simulation by Simulink
【摘要】 根据光栅输出位置调制信号的性质,提出了一种鉴相细分方法,将正交的位置调制信号细分为正交编码脉冲信号(QEP)。建立了光栅测量信号细分及测量的Simulink仿真模型,利用Staeflow设计了正交解码(Quadrature Decoder)计数器模型。通过模型仿真对鉴相细分模块进行功能验证,证明该细分方法能够有效地提高光栅的分辨率。仿真结果还表明鉴相细分模块的最大细分倍数与信号的噪声,光栅的运行速度,ADC的精度等有关。
【Abstract】 According to the feature of position modulation signal of the grating,an interpolation method was established by phase discrimination to interpolate multi quadrature encoder pulse (QEP) into one period of quadrature position modulation signal.To verify the method,simulation model of phase discrimination interpolation module for grating signal and grating measurement model were established with Matlab/Simulink,while Stateflow was employed to establish model of counter with quADCrature decoder.The results of simulation experiments show that the novel method can effectively improve the resolution of the grating.The simulation results also show that the maximal interpolation depends on the signal and noise,grating speed,accuracy of ADC and so on.
