【摘要】 明确发展思路,以政府为主导大力推进学前教育普及是我国学前教育发展的战略方向与方针,也是各地发展学前教育的一条主要经验。近年来,宁夏区政府在经济基础和教育基础均相对薄弱的情况下,充分认识学前教育的重大价值,明确加快发展学前教育的指导思想,确立了以农村为重点、注重学前教育普及与质量保证等发展原则,并高度重视和制定发展规划,明确公办园为主体的办园格局,推行乡镇中心幼儿园工程,重点建设农村幼儿教师队伍,使宁夏回族自治区学前教育事业获得了较为显著的发展,其政策举措与经验对我国其他地区特别是中西部欠发达地区学前教育事业的改革与发展具有重要的启示意义与借鉴价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’s the early childhood education development strategy of our country,as well as the summary experience of regions,that we should clarity our guidelines and universalize early childhood education under the government’s lead.In recent years,having fully recognized the great value of early childhood education,Ningxia has identified the guideline of speeding up the development of early childhood education,established the principle of focusing on rural areas and emphasizing universalization and quality.It also has made positive attempts in designing development blueprints,making public kindergartens the majority,promoting the project of town-based major kindergartens and constructing rural teaching resource.All of these efforts are paid off and have great implications for other places in our country,especially those undeveloped middle and west areas.更多还原
