【摘要】 基于高职旅游管理专业的人才培养目标,构建适合高职学生发展的考核模式,是高职旅游管理专业教学改革的重要内容。本文通过对传统考核模式特点的分析,发现传统模式具有三大特点,也同时发现了其中存在的与当前旅游行业人才素质培养不相符合的一些问题。为此,我们构建了新的考核模式,并绘制了新考核模式图,分析阐述了新模式的四大主要特点。在进行新模式的试点过程中,我们同样发现了一些问题,为了获得更加满意的结果,我们提出了几点相应的解决措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of talent cultivation target,to construct the testing model suitable to the students’ development is the important content of teaching reform or the tourism management specialty of vocational higher education.Through the analysis of the traditional testing model,we found three characteristics and some problems which were not suitable to the talent cultivation of the current tourism trade.Therefore,we constructed a new testing model,drew the model chart and elucidated its four characteristics.In the course of piloting the new model,some new problems occurred.In order to achieve a more satisfying result,we have put forward some measures.更多还原
