长雄野生稻黑壳基因的分子定位及遗传研究
Genetic Research and Mapping of Gene Controlling Black Hull in Oryza longistaminata
【摘要】 以具有黄色颖壳的亚洲栽培稻品种RD23为轮回亲本与具黑色颖壳的长雄野生稻进行杂交后用RD23回交,获得颖壳颜色有分离的1个BC6F1定位群体.对该群体研究发现,颖壳颜色符合1(黑色)∶1(黄色)的分离比例,表明长雄野生稻黑色颖壳性状是受一对显性单基因控制.通过微卫星标记做基因型分析,将控制黑色颖壳的基因定位在第4染色体RM1155-RM1142之间,暂时命名为Bh-4(t).
【Abstract】 Identification and mapping of a gene controlling black hull from 0ryza longistaminata was made using a BC6F1 population derived from a cross between 0ryza longsitaminata from West Africa,and an elite indica variety RD23 from Thailand.In the segregation population,phenotype of black hull,a key trait of classification between cultivated rice and wild rice,was segregated into 1∶1.The result indicated that the black hull introgressed from O.longstaminata is controlled by a dominance gene mapped between RM1155 and RM1142 on chromosome 4,named Bh-4(t).
