液体粪便沼气发酵微生物生理群的动态情况分析

【摘要】 为掌握规模养殖场液体粪便沼气池内微生物生理群随发酵进程的动态情况,筛选高效的产甲烷复合菌系和规模养殖场沼气工程优化提供科学依据,2008年9月~2009年11月在成都市双流县5个养猪场配套的粪便无害化处理沼气工程的沼气池进行采样,研究沼气发酵过程的微生物总数及微生物生理群的动态变化.结果显示,不同时期沼气池内微生物总数变化不显著,温度对微生物总数量影响也不是很显著,但微生物生理群的种类和数量变化会较大,发酵初期微生物生理群数量较少,中期数量增长很快,在产气稳定期,微生物生理群在沼气发酵池不同位置有垂直分布差异.

【Abstract】 In order to grasp the scale of farm liquid manure digesters physiological groups of microorganisms in the fermentation process with the dynamic situation,selection and efficient production of methane complex strains and farm-scale biogas projects provide the scientific basis for optimization,in September 2008 ~ November 2009 in 5 Shuangliu County,supporting pig manure processing sound samples biogas digesters,biogas fermentation process of the total number of microorganisms and microbial physiological groups dynamics.The results show that different periods within the digester do not change significantly the total number of microorganisms,the temperature effect on the total number of microorganisms is not very significant,but the microbial physiological groups will change the types and quantities large number of early stage of fermentation microbial physiological groups small,medium-term growth is the number of fast,stable gas production,microbial physiological groups in the methane fermentation tank with a vertical distribution between different locations.
