S9代谢活化酶系统制备及蛋白含量的测定

【摘要】目的:研究有效的S9代谢活化酶系统的制备方法.方法:采用苯巴比妥钠作为诱导剂制备大鼠肝S9,并采用Lowry法测定所制备的S9蛋白含量.结果:成功制得大鼠肝S9,并测定其蛋白含量为38.66mg/ml.结论:苯巴比妥钠作为诱导剂可以成功制备出大鼠肝S9.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate effective methods of producing rat S9(Hepatic post-mitochondrial supernatant).Methods: S9 is prepared with phenobarbital-induced Sprague-Dawley rats,and the protein content is determined by the method of Lowry.Results: Rat liver S9 is successfully prepared,and the protein contents of it are measured to be 38.36mg/ml.Conclusion: Phenobarbital could be used as a induce agent for the producing of rat liver S9.更多还原
