医疗服务提供者对于患者信任的认知
Recognition of Patients’ Trust from the Perspective of Medical Service Provider
【摘要】 目的:研究医疗服务提供者对于患者信任的认知,从供方的角度探索改善医患关系的途径。方法:以开放性问卷作为工具,对医院从业医师进行访谈。结果:被访谈者均表示在接受访谈之前从未接触与患者信任有关的学术研究活动,认为患者信任对于医疗服务的影响十分明显。医生能够感知患者的态度,患者对于医生的信任帮助医生发现患者健康问题的来源,提升患者参与医疗决策的程度。结论:关于患者信任的理论研究和实证研究能够帮助医患双方构建更加和谐的关系,并提高卫生资源的使用效率。
【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the recognition of patients’trust from the perspective of medical service provider, and improve physician - patient relationship.Method:Open - ended questionnaire is employed to elicit respondents’ opinions.Result:Respondents enrolled have not been involved in any academic research prior to this one and they admit that patients’trust may have great impact on the outcome of medical services.It could help physicians find out the sources of patients’health problems and encourage patients to join in medical decision making. Conclusion:Theoretical and empirical research might contribute to the consolidation of physician - patient relationship and the optimization of medical resources distribution.
