谷氨酰胺对犊牛骨骼肌和小肠黏膜蛋白质及其DNA和RNA含量的影响

【摘要】 选用体重和出生日期相近的12头中国荷斯坦犊牛,随机分为4组,(40±1)d一次性断奶。采用胃肠外营养(total parenteral nutrition,TPN)颈静脉灌注丙氨酰谷氨酰胺(Ala-Gln)二肽的方式,研究了不同水平Gln对早期断奶犊牛骨骼肌、小肠黏膜蛋白质、DNA和RNA含量的影响。结果表明,颈静脉灌注中等水平的Ala-Gln(每千克体重0.68g/d),连续灌注7d,可以有效提高早期断奶犊牛骨骼肌蛋白质水平,且空肠黏膜DNA含量以及骨骼肌和空肠黏膜RNA含量均显著增高。

【Abstract】 Twelve Chinese Holstein calves with similar weight and age were selected and divided randomly into four groups. They were weaned at 40±1 d. Alanyl-glutamine peptide (Ala-Gln) was supplemented through jugular vein by total parenteral nutrition (TPN), which was used to study the effects of different glutamine levels on skeleton muscle, small intestine mucous protein, DNA and RNA levels in early-weaned calves. The results indicated that mid-glutamine level (0.68 g/kg BW.d) injected 7 d continuously could increased significantly the level of skeleton muscle protein, jejunum DNA and RNA levels in early-weaned Calves(P<0.05).
