不同玉米秸秆类型碳水化合物组分体外发酵动态分析
In VitroFermentation Kinetic Analysis of the Carbohydrate Fractions in Various Types of Corn Stalks
【摘要】 通过体外产气曲线相减法评价不同玉米秸秆类型,即高油647(HOC647)、高油298(HOC298)、饲料专用玉米(FC)、普通玉米(CAU80和CAU3138)秸秆碳水化合物组分(A、B1、B2和NDS)体外动态发酵情况。结果表明,不同类型玉米秸秆之间碳水化合物含量存在着极显著差异(P<0.001)。高油玉米秸秆碳水化合物组分A、B1和NDS含量以及各组分活体外微生物发酵产气量都极显著高于普通玉米秸秆,也基本都高于饲料专用玉米秸秆(P<0.0001),高油玉米秸秆碳水化合物组分B2含量和该组分活体外产气量都低于普通玉米秸秆和饲料专用玉米秸秆,提示高油玉米因其可溶性碳水化合物含量高而具有较高的营养价值。
【Abstract】 The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the fermentation kinetics of The Cornell Net Carbohydrate and Protein System(CNCPS)carbohydrate fractions(A,B1,B2and NDS) of various corn stalks′types,including two varieties of high oil corn(HOC 647and HOC 298), two varieties of typical corn(CAU 80and CAU 3138)and one specific fodder corn(FC).The results showed that carbohydrate fractions were significantly different(P<0.001)among various corn stalks′types.Contents of carbohydrate fractions A,B1and NDS of HOC were highest among three types′corn stalks,and gas productions of the three carbohydrate fractions from various corn stalks′followed a similar order of their fraction contents(P<0.000 1).Contents of carbohydrate fraction B2of HOC were lowest among three types′corn stalks.These results indicated that HOC had better the nutritional value,because content of soluble carbohydrate of HOC was higher than that of other two corn stalks.
