【摘要】 教师心理健康作为教师心理研究的重要内容之一,近年来引起了研究者的广泛关注。以近二十年来中国教师心理健康研究的文献为基础,对教师心理健康研究方法、教师心理健康标准、教师心理健康水平现状、教师心理健康的影响因素、教师心理健康与其他心理因素的关系等方面进行了回顾,展望了该领域的研究方向,为教师心理健康的深入研究提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years more and more researchers are focusing on the study of teachers’ mental health,one of the most important issues in the psychologial research on teachers in China.The paper is based on documents on teachers’ mental health in the past twenty years in China,and looks back on research methods,teachers’ mental health standard,levels of current teachers’ mental health,influencing factors and relations of teacher’s mental health and other psychological factors.It predicts the intensive research trends in teachers’ mental health studies.更多还原
