地表水污染综合评价时污染物权值确定方法
Determination of contamination weights in comprehensive assessment of surface water
【摘要】 当某矿区多条河流受到多种污染物污染,评价河水水质的综合污染程度时,均值型综合污染指数法、内梅罗指数法均将各污染物的重要性按等权处理,其评价结果存在难以解释的现象或矛盾问题,据此引出了采用加权法综合评价河水受多种污染物污染程度时,权值确定的重要性和必要性。基于国家《地表水环境质量标准》的污染物限值含量低者比限值含量高者权值要大、限值相同者权值相等的基本原则,以《地表水环境质量标准》规定的污染物限值含量为基础,采用判断矩阵法和判断矩阵间接给出法,探讨确定Ⅲ类水8种污染物Hg,Pb,Cd,Cr,As,Cu,Zn和CN-在水质综合评价中的权值相应为0.31,0.16,0.22,0.01,0.10,0.03和0.05,较好解决了均权法计算综合污染难以解决的问题。
【Abstract】 Under the situation that rivers were affected by several pollutants in mine areas,these pollutants were considered as equal weights when we determine the degree of comprehensive pollution by means of comprehensive pollution index of mean value and Nemerow index method. The results couldn’t be well defined. It is important and necessary to determine their weights when we assess the degree of pollution using the method of weighting. Based on the principles of national environmental quality standards for surface water,that the weight of low limit pollutants are greater than that of high limit ones and the same limit ones occupy the same weights,we adopted estimation-matrix method to discuss and obtain that the weights of Hg,Pb,Cd,Cr,As,Cu,Zn and CN- are 0.31,0.16,0.22,0.01,0.10,0.03 and 0.05 in Ⅲ level water. These work made up the insufficiency of equal weight method and provided reference of weights in comprehensive assessment of surface water.
