【摘要】 通过对濮阳市1954—2009年历年11月—次年1月的降水资料进行综合分析发现:自20世纪70年代中期以来,秋、冬季节为降水稀少的季节,濮阳市此次干旱是在降水偏少、气温偏高的年代际背景下发生的;在小麦足墒播种,麦苗出苗齐,冬前小麦发育充分,苗情基础好的情况下,在遭受自然灾害后,根部不容易受损,适时加强科学管理,麦苗生长状况会迅速好转,前期的干旱对产量形成无明显的负面影响。更多还原
