眼反应分析仪对不同程度近视患者眼角膜滞后差异分析
Difference analysis of corneal hysteresis by ocular response analyzer in myopia eyes at various degrees
【摘要】 目的研究不同程度近视患者角膜黏弹性指标角膜滞后(corneal hysteresis,CH)之间的差异。方法2007年5月至8月连续选取113例225眼年轻近视患者,分为低度近视组(≤-3.00D)、中度近视组(-3.00~-6.00D)、高度近视组(≥-6.00D),在相同的时间段利用眼反应分析仪测量CH及用改良光学相干断层扫描仪测量中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness,CCT)。结果低度近视组平均CH值(10.43±1.15)mmHg(1kPa=7.5mmHg),中度近视组(10.44±1.30)mmHg,高度近视组(9.73±1.17)mmHg;低度近视组平均CCT值(532.7±26.5)μm,中度近视组(532.0±30.9)μm,高度近视组(526.7±31.0)μm。CH值与显性验光等效球镜值呈正相关(r=0.316,P<0.01);各组CCT值间差异无统计学意义(F=0.90,P=0.408);各组CH值间差异有显著统计学意义(F=9.48,P=0.0001)。结论随着近视度数的增高,患者CCT值无明显变化,但CH值存在下降趋势。CH可能成为角膜屈光手术术前评估及手术设计的重要参考指标。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the difference of corneal hysteresis(CH) as a corneal viscoelasticity index among myopia patients at various degrees.Methods A total of 113 young myopia patients(225 eyes) were continuously enrolled from May 2007 to August 2007,and were divided into low myopia group(≤-3.00 D),medium myopia group(-3.00 D to-6.00 D) and high myopia group(≥-6.00 D).At the same time point,CH was measured by ocular response analyzer(ORA) and central corneal thickness(CCT) was detected by modified optical coherence tomography.Results The average CH values were (10.43±1.15)mmHg(1 kPa=7.5 mmHg) in low myopia group,(10.44±1.30)mmHg in medium myopia group and (9.73±1.17)mmHg in high myopia group.The average CCT values were (532.7±26.5)μm in low myopia group,(532.0±30.9)μm in medium myopia group and (526.7±31.0) μm in high myopia group.CH value was po-sitively correlated with spherical equivalence by dominant optometry(r=0.316,P<0.01).There was no statistical difference in CCT value among three groups(F=0.90,P=0.408);While significant differences were found in CH value among three groups(F=9.48,P=0.000 1).Conclusions With the increase of myopia degree,CCT value has no obvious change,but CH value has a trend to reduce.CH may be an important index in preoperative evaluation and design of corneal refractive surgery.
