【摘要】 师德建设直接关系着人才培养的质量。教师师德的主流是好的,但也存在注重个人功利、敬业精神缺乏、不能做到传授知识和育人并重、自身素质欠缺等一些问题。加强师德建设主要应从加强师德教育、建立健全师德评价体系及师德建设的激励机制、进一步为教师营造宽松和谐的工作和生活环境以及加强教师自身的师德修养入手,使教师不断提高师德水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teachers′ development in professional ethics contributes to the quality cultivation of talents directly.Except for the main trend and norm of teachers′ professional ethics,there are some problems such as self-utilitarianism,lack of professionalism,ignorance of cultivation while imparting the knowledge,and imperfection of personal quality.In order to enhance the development of teachers′ professional ethics,it is essential to promote the teachers′ professional education;and institute a scientific assessment of teachers′ profession ethics and a sound incentive of the development.It is also necessary to create a relaxed and harmonious working and living environment for teachers and encourage the self-development of teachers′ professional ethics.更多还原
