【摘要】 目的调研政府购买护理服务模式下居家养老护理员工作现状,了解居家养老护理员现状及对工作的认知。方法用自行设计的调查表,采用整群抽样对全区所有护理员进行调查,调查居家养老护理员的基线情况、接受培训及考核等情况。结果养老护理员队伍具有较好的稳定性;对其工作能力及工作中存在的困难具备一定的认知,78%的养老护理员能胜任工作,76%的护理员认为有困难,65%的护理员认为困难的原因是社区居民观念。结论多元文化的培训、再培训和评估是提高居家养老服务的保障;居家养老护理员劳动工资报酬有待进一步提高。本调研为进一步提升居家养老护理服务质量和水平提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current situation of home-care nursing staff under the government-purchasing nursing service model,so that we can better understand the situation and their perceptions for the work.Methods Using the self-designed questionnaire,all the nursing workers in that region were researched adopting the methods with overall sample.on their basic information,training and assessment that they have accepted were Investigated.The data were analyzed with software SPSS version 16.0.Results The stability of the nursing staff is good;The nursing staff have a certain cognition to their work ability and the difficulty of carrying on home-care service.Conclusion The multi-culture training,retraining and assessment are guarantees for improving the services quality of home-care nursing service.The compensation of nursing staff is need to be raised.We can improve the quality and level of home-care nursing service through training nursing staff and expand the breadth and depth of services.更多还原
