【摘要】 目的探讨乌鲁木齐维、汉族不同年龄段前列腺增生症患者血清PSA及前列腺体积的差异及二者之间的相关性。方法选择1999年6月～2009年4月前列腺增生症住院患者472例,其中汉族279例,维吾尔族193例,于治疗前行放免法检测血清PSA及经直肠超声测量前列腺体积,按照不同年龄段进行血清PSA及前列腺体积的比较。结果 60岁以上各年龄段维、汉族前列腺增生患者血清PSA均随年龄增长而有上升趋势,但维、汉族前列腺增生患者血清PSA水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。维、汉族患者前列腺体积在70岁以上组维吾尔族明显高于汉族,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清PSA及前列腺体积均随年龄增长而增高,且二者之间关系呈正相关。结论维、汉族前列腺增生症患者间血清PSA及前列腺体积差异有显著性,且随年龄增长而增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the difference and correlation in serumprostate-specific antigen (PSA) and prostate volume of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) patients between Uygur and Han nationality of Urumqi District.Methods Serum PAS was detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA) before physical examination.Serum PSA and prostate ultrasonography through a suprapubic abdominal approach of 279 Han and 193 Uygur nationality inpatients with BPH were assayed.Volume of prostate was calculated separately.All the data in different age groups and nationalities were evaluated with statistical analysis.Results The differences in PSA of Uygur and Han nationalities was not significant in different ages in 60~,70~ and 80~ age groups respectively (P>0.05).The prostate volume of Uygur was significantly higher than that of Han in 70～ and 80～ age groups (P<0.05).Meanwhile,there was an obviously positive correlation among PSA,prostate volume and age respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion The difference in serum PSA is statistically significant between Uygur and Han nationality.更多还原
