【摘要】 目的探讨并比较开放式腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术与腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张临床效果及优缺点。方法1994-2004年,我科采用开放式腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张68例。2004-2008年,我科开展腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张20例。对两种手术方法的特点及住院天数、住院费用、手术用时等方面进行比较。结果腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术平均住院天数少于开放式腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术,但住院费用略高于开放式腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2种术式手术用时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论开放式腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术与腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术均是治疗精索静脉曲张的有效和安全方法,各有其优缺点,需根据不同情况选择不同手术方式治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the merits and demerits of open surgery and laparoscopy of ligation for the treatment of varicocele.Methods By analysis varicocelectomy of the effectiveness technical aspects,the days of stay hospital,cost and time of surgery,two approaches were compared and discussed,From 1994 to 2004,68 cases underwent open surgery,From 2004 to 2008,20 cases underwent laparoscopy.Results Two operations were performed successfully.It presented statistic significant difference,Laparoscopy approached less than open surgery in term of the days of stay hospital,but more cost of stay hospital(P<0.05).No significant difference was found between and open surgery in terms of time of surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Open surgery and laparoscopy varicocelectomies are all effective and safe for the treatment of varicocele,while each of them has its advantages and disadvantages,different cases should adopt different operation.更多还原
