弹性氟碳树脂乳液的合成研究
Research on the Synthesis of Elastic Emulsion of Fluorocarbon Resin
【摘要】 利用三氟氯乙烯(CTFE)、异丁基乙烯基醚(IBVE)、乙烯基乙醚(EVE)、乙二醇单烯丙基醚(EGMAE)等单体在阴离子乳化剂和非离子乳化剂复配乳化体系下,通过乳液聚合制得FEVE氟碳树脂弹性乳液。乳液储存稳定,乳液涂膜具有300%的断裂伸长率和优良的耐水、耐碱性能。可作为一种高耐候、环保型弹性建筑外墙涂料的树脂。
【Abstract】 This article refers to a fluorine-containing elastic emulsion synthesized by the emulsion polymerization.Chlorotrifluoroethylene(CTFE),isobutyl vinyl ether(IBVE),ethyl vinyl ether(EVE),ethylene glycol monoallyl ether(EGMAE) were used as monomers.The test results show that the emulsion remained stable when in storage,the breaking elongation of the emulsion film was 300% with excellent water resistance and alkali resistance.Said fluorine-containing emulsion could be utilized as the exterior architectural coatings for high weather ability and environmental requirements.
