基于DSP控制的CCAS溶解氧控制系统
CCAS DO Control System based on DSP Control
【摘要】 针对CCAS污水处理中溶解氧浓度控制存在的问题,建立了溶解氧DO环、速度环和电流环组成的三闭环系统模式,以TMS320LF2812作为主控芯片,实现了对风机的FOC矢量变频控制、对溶解氧施以Smith预估补偿的闭环控制,系统仿真证明,该系统具有良好的动态性能,较高的实用价值。
【Abstract】 Focused on the defects of dissolved oxygen(DO)control in continuous cycle aeration system(CCAS)process,a three-loop mode system was established,which includes DO loop,speed loop,and current loop.Taking TMS320LF2812 as the mainly controlling core,the system achieved a FOC control of fan,and closed loop control of Smith predictor control.Simulations demonstrated that the system features favorable dynamic performance and higher practical utility.
