基于VCSEL的自混合振动传感的研究
Research on Sensing Technology of Self-mixing Vibration based on VCSEL
【摘要】 提出了一种基于VCSEL(Vertical cavity surface emitting laser)的自混合效应的激光测振方法。单模VCSEL测振系统具有精度高、功耗低和结构简单等优点,在信号处理方面,利用短时傅立叶变换对多普勒信号进行频谱分析,提高了系统噪声适应能力和信号处理速度;利用比值校正和小波变换相结合的方法提高系统测振精度。试验证明,位移误差低于1%,实现了振动位移和速度的精确测量。
【Abstract】 The self-mixing laser vibrometer way based on vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) is provided.It has many advantages,such as high precision,low power consumption and simple structure.The system architecture is simplified and Signal-to-Noise is improved by using VCSEL in place of an ordinary semiconductor laser.In signal processing,the short-time Fourier transformation is employed to analyze the Doppler signal to improve the signal processing speed.The ratio regulating method and wavelet transformation have been employed in order to improve system precision.The displacement inaccuracy of measurement is less than 1% and it is realized that the measuring precision of the vibration displacement and velocity.
