种子处理对加工番茄塑料大棚穴盘育苗的影响

【摘要】 【目的】培育出高质量的加工番茄幼苗,使幼苗在定植后生长旺盛、高产、优质。研究为加工番茄培育壮苗提供科学的参考依据。【方法】采用调查和试验的方法,研究不同的种子处理方式对加工番茄出苗率、形态指标、病虫害情况、成苗率、早期产量及经济效益的影响。【结果】不同的种子处理方式对加工番茄幼苗生长、加工番茄早期产量及农民收入均有显著影响。以处理A即加工番茄种子温汤浸种后,每天再进行高温(18~20℃)处理16 h,低温(-1~-2℃)处理8 h,处理8 d,种子出苗率和发芽势均高,幼苗病害较少,成苗率高达94%,加工番茄早期产量较高,增加农民纯收入。【结论】处理A最为适宜加工番茄塑料大棚穴盘育苗。

【Abstract】 【Objective】Cultivating high quality seedling to promote strong seedling growing,high-productivity and high-quality.The research can supply scientific base to cultivate strong processing tomato seedlings.【Method】Adopting investigation and experiment research methods to research the sprouting rate,shape index,plant diseases and insect pests,seedling percent,early productivity and economic benefit analysis of processing tomato under different seed treatments.【Result】Different seed treatment greatly affect the seedling growth,the early productivity of processing tomato and the peasants income.With treatment A,after soaking seeds in warm water,they were treated with high temperature(18-20℃) for 16 hours and then in low temperature(-1——2℃) for 8 hours everyday for eight days.Seeds sprouting rate and germinative energy were both high,with less diseases incidence.The seedling percent could achieve as high as 94%.The early production of processing tomato was high and the net income of the farmers increased.【Conclusion】The results indicated that treatment(A) is most suitable for growing seedlings in seed-pans in plastic shed.
