藨草化感作用的研究
Study on Allelopathic Effect of Triquetet
【摘要】 【目的】以三种作物为研究对象,探讨草的化感作用和作用机理。【方法】实验采用室内生测和生理实验的方法,【结果】藨草对三种作物生长均表现出化感效应,经不同组分处理后的作物种子发芽率明显降低,五种组分中丙酮组分对种子萌发影响最大;同时,五种组分对作物幼苗生长均有不同程度的抑制,降低了根系活力,不同组分对作物幼苗根系的的抑制作用表现为MDA含量增加,POD酶活性升高,CAT酶活性降低,叶绿素含量降低。【结论】藨草确有化感作用。
【Abstract】 【Objective and Method】Bioassay and physiological experiment were adopted to explore the allelopathic effect and mechanism of triquete on three plant receptors.【Result】Aqueous extract triquetet has allelopathic effect on three plant receptors.Seed ger mination rate index decreased significantly after processing.Among the 5 components,acetone has the largest impact on seed germination rate.At the same time,the growth of three plant seedlings was inhibited under the function of the five components.The different components have an inhibition effect on the root system of crops seedlings,【Conclusion】which showed that MDA content was increased,the vigor of POD enzyme was increased,the vigor of CAI enzyme was reduced,the chlorophyll content was decreased,which shows that the processed triquetet exudates has the function of allelopathic effect.
