【摘要】 研究镀铜钢丝帘线作为输送带骨架材料的粘合胶配方。结果表明,间-甲-白-钴体系能够增大镀铜钢丝帘线与橡胶间的粘合强度。确定最终镀铜钢丝帘线骨架输送带粘合胶配方为:NR 30,SBR 70,炭黑N330 45,白炭黑15,氧化锌9.5,硬脂酸1,芳烃油4,防老剂4010NA/BLE-C 2.5,粘合剂RF 3.6,粘合剂RA 2.4,硼酰化钴1.2,硫黄2.7,促进剂NOBS 1。该优化配方胶料邵尔A型硬度为70度,150℃×150 min老化前后的钢丝帘线抽出力分别达到1 260和1 185 N。更多还原

【Abstract】 The formulation of bonding compound of copper-plated steel cord reinforced conveyor belt was investigated.The results showed that,the adhesion strength of copper-plated steel cord and rubber was increased by the resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica-cobalt system;the final formulation was as follows:NR 30,SBR 70,carbon black N330 45,silica 15,zinc oxide 9.5,stearic acid 1,aromatic oil 4,antioxidant 4010NA/BLE-C 2.5,adhesive RF 3.6,adhesive RA 2.4,cobalt boroacylate 1.2,sulfur 2.7,accelerator NOBS 1.The Shore A hardness of the vulcanizate was 70 degree,the pull out forces of the steel cord before and after aging(150 ℃×150 min) were 1 260 and 1 185 N,respectively.更多还原
