【摘要】 目的了解绍兴市青少年代谢综合征流行特征,为其预防提供科学依据。方法选择绍兴市2所初中、2所高中和1所大学,抽取2060名学生测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压。获得研究对象知情同意后采集709份空腹血样,用全自动生化分析仪检测空腹血糖、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。代谢综合征诊断标准采用国际糖尿病协会制定的儿童青少年标准。结果绍兴市青少年代谢综合征的检出率为1.6%,男生为1.9%(7/360),女生为1.1%(4/349),差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.74,P=0.39)。超重和肥胖的检出率分别为8.3%(171/2060)和2.8%(57/2060),女生体重正常的比例为92.0%(1005/1092),男生为85.0%(827/968)。结论绍兴市青少年代谢综合征检出率低于全国水平,但应采取措施更好地预防代谢综合征的流行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence status of metabolic syndrome(MS)in adolescents,and to provide evidence for MS prevention.Methods Totally 2 060 adolescents from two junior high schools,two high schools and one college were selected in Shaoxing city.Anthropometric measure and blood pressure were measured and 709 fasting serum were collected in accordance with the principle of informed consent.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglycerides(TG)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL)were measured with auto-analyzer.The metabolic syndrome was determined using the diagnostic criteria for children and adolescents which developed by international diabetes federation(IDF).Results The overall prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome in adolescents in Shaoxing city was 1.6%.There was no statistical significant difference between boys(1.9%)and girls(1.1%;χ2=0.74,P=0.39).The prevalence rate of overweight and obesity were 8.3%(171/2 060)and 2.8%(57/2 060)respectively,and the weight normality rate in boys was 85.0%(827/968),compared with 92.0%(1 005/1 092)in girls.Conclusion The prevalence rate of MS in adolescents in Shaoxing city is lower than those in the whole nation.Intervention programs for MS should be conducted to prevent MS.更多还原
