【摘要】 目的了解大学生童年期不同类型性虐待的发生情况,探讨不同类型性虐待经历对大学生不良心理的影响。方法使用自填式问卷,对某医科大学1 386名大学生以自愿、无记名方式调查其小学及以下阶段8项性虐待经历,同时使用相应的量表调查当前大学焦虑、抑郁、消极应对和自尊等。结果大学生童年期非接触性性虐待发生率为20.5%,接触性性虐待发生率为7.6%。童年期各类性虐待的发生频率在不同性别、父母文化程度、学习成绩中分布差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。抑郁、焦虑、消极应对得分均随着不同类型性虐待每年发生频率的增加而增加,自尊量表得分的趋势则相反,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论儿童性虐待在我国并非少见,对青少年心理行为以及生活均产生严重影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the occurrence of different style of childhood sexual abuse among adult students and analyze the correlation between psychiatric disorder and childhood sexual abuse.Methods Totally 1 386 respondents substantially completed surveys.They were asked on 8 retrospective questions about childhood sexual abuse,as well as questions on depression,anxiety,negative coping style and self-esteem.Results Of respondents,20.5% reported ever having had non-physical contact sexual abuse,the rate of physical contact sexual abuse was 7.6%.The frequencies of each type of childhood sexual abuse were significant different in different genders,different mother’s education backgrounds,different father’s education backgrounds and different grades(P<0.05).The scores of depression,anxiety,negative coping style were increased with the frequencies of each type of childhood sexual abuses,but the score of self-esteem were on the contrary(P<0.05).Conclusion Childhood sexual abuse among students is not rare,and associated with poor mental health.更多还原
