【摘要】 目的阐明高校学生暴力事件损伤特点,为预防此类事件发生提出相关意见。方法对四川大学华西鉴定中心2005-2008年间进行法医临床学鉴定案件中各类高等院校学生校园暴力致伤案件66例进行回顾性统计分析。结果高校暴力事件中伤者绝大部分为男性(58例),以新生及毕业生多见,分别为31例和20例。致伤方式以刀伤多见(35例),其次为徒手伤(15例)及棍棒伤(6例)。损伤部位以头面部最多见(29例),四肢及躯干次之,分别为16例和13例。损伤程度轻伤最多(37例),重伤次之(25例),轻微伤最少(4例)。引发原因以恋爱纠纷最为多见,依次为报复和荣誉利益。结论高校学生暴力行为损伤具有预谋性、目的性强、凶残性的特点,而心理健康问题则为引起暴力行为的根源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristic of violence among high school students and to suggest the preventive measures.Methods A retrospective analysis of 66 cases was carried out at the Department of Forensic Medicine of West China during a 4-years period(2005-2008).Results Most of the cases were males.Most of the cases occurred on freshmen and graduates.The main manners of injury were incised wound,bare handed injury and club injury.The key injury positions was head-face,followed by limb and trunk.Most of the assessment of injuries was microtrauma(37 cases),followed by severe injury(25 cases)and slight injury(4 cases).The mainly cause of the cases were love dispute,retaliation and honor and interests.Conclusion The characteristic of violence of high school student are forethought,purposefulness,brutality.The mental health problems are the key reasons.更多还原
