【摘要】 目的研究集体心理治疗对青少年抑郁障碍的干预效果,为预防青少年抑郁障碍提供科学依据。方法对淮北市区4所中学2158名学生进行SDS自评量表问卷调查,再以ICD-10为标准作精神检查。确诊有抑郁障碍的104名中学生中自愿入干预组23人,运用集体心理治疗的理论和方法对其进行心理干预,在其余的81人中19人自愿列为对照组,2组在治疗前和治疗结束后(10周)分别用汉密顿抑郁量表评分。结果筛选出抑郁障碍104人,抑郁障碍检出率为4.8%。干预组干预前男女生汉密顿抑郁量表评分由(14.91±6.71)(13.58±6.13),干预后下降至(3.18±2.32)、(3.67±2.42)。对照组汉密顿量表评分(0.27±0.51)下降低于干预组(0.72±0.19,F=76.195,P=0.013)。结论集体心理干预对青少年抑郁障碍有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the methods and effects of group psychotherapy for depressive emotion in adolescents,and to provide scientific evidence for depression prevention. Methods Totally 2 158 students were sampled to complete SDS,then 23 of 104 students were diagnosed as depressive disorder from four middle schools in Huaibei city were voluntarily intervened by group psychotherapy as intervention group,and 19 of the rest 81 students were voluntarily intervened by general psychotherapy as control group. Two groups were respectively scored by Hamilton’s depression scale before and after therapy (10th week). Results The prevalence of depressive disorder in adolescents was 4.8%. In intervention group,the scores of Hamilton’s Depression Scale decreased to 3.18±2.32(male) and 3.67±2.42(female) after intervention from 14.91±6.71(male) and 13.58±6.13(female) before intervention. In control group,the scores of Hamilton’s depression scale decreased lower than those of intervention group[(0.27±0.51)vs. (0.72±0.19),F=76.195,P=0.013]. Conclusion There are good effects on depressive emotion of the adolescents intervening by group psychotherapy.更多还原
