【摘要】 目的通过恒速避光精密输液器在化疗中的应用,使视网膜母细胞瘤的患儿得到有效治疗。方法将60例视网膜母细胞瘤的化疗患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,对照组使用精密输液器,实验组使用恒速避光精密输液器。于化疗结束后分别对两组患儿就输注时间、调节流速时间、护患纠纷进行调查分析。结果实验组患儿的输注时间误差不明显,调节流速时间明显减少,护患纠纷为零。两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恒速避光精密输液器能提高工作效率及服务质量,从而有效地避免了护患纠纷,更有利于患儿治疗及护理工作的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Effect of constant-speed dark precise infusion set in the chemotherapy on children who with retinoblastoma.Methods 60 cases of retinoblastoma in chemotherapy were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases) with sophisticated infusion devices in control group and constant-speed dark precision infusion set in experimental group.After chemotherapy,the infusion time,the time of adjusting flow and nurse-patient disputes were observed.Results The error in infusion time was not obvious in experimental group.The regulate flow of time in experimental group significantly reduced compared that in control group.Conclusion Constant dark-precision infusion set can improve the efficiency and service quality and effectively avoid the nurse-patient disputes.更多还原
