【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导在宫腔镜粘膜下肌瘤切除术中的应用价值。方法对35例子宫粘膜下肌瘤患者行超声引导下行宫腔镜肌瘤切除术,并进行术后随访。结果手术时间为25～50 min,平均时间40 min。35例手术均顺利完成,无一例发生子宫穿孔。结论超声引导下宫腔镜手术切除子宫肌瘤定位准确,对提高手术成功率、确保安全性、减少并发症具有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discusses the application value of ultrasound guidance in hysteroscopic submucous myoma resection.Methods 35 patients with uterine submucous myoma were performed ultrasound-guided hysteroscopic myoma resection and followed up after the operations.Results The length of the operations ranged from 25 to 50 minutes with an average of 40 minutes.All 35 operations were performed successfully with no uterine perforation.Conclusion With its positioning accuracy,ultrasound-guided hysteroscopic uterine myoma resection has important clinical application value in improving operation success rate,ensuring safety,and reducing complications.更多还原
