【摘要】 目的探讨丙戊酸钠合并泰必利治疗多发性抽动症(Tourette综合征,TS)的临床疗效。方法将我院儿科门诊30例TS患者随机分为研究组、对照组。研究组给予丙戊酸钠(20 mg/kg.d)加泰必利(5 mg/kg.d)口服,对照组则继续以泰必利或氟哌啶醇治疗。采用耶鲁抽动症整体严重度量表(YGTSS)于治疗前及治疗后第2、4、8、12周末评估其疗效。结果治疗第4、8周YGTSS抽动积分研究组明显低于对照组,两组间有显著差异(P<0.05),第12周末两组间有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗有效率在第8周研究组高于对照组,两组间有显著差异(P<0.05),第12周有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论丙戊酸钠有助于Tourette综合征的治疗,与泰必利联用可提高其疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of sodium valproate combined with tiapride in treatment of Tourette’s syndrome(TS).Methods A total of 30 patients with Tourette’s syndrome(TS) were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study groups were treated with sodium valproate(20 mg/kg·d) combining tiapride(5 mg/kg·d),the control group continued to Tiapride or haloperidol treatment.The efficacy was measured by the Yale Global tic severity Scale(YGTSS) before and after treatment.Results YGTSS total tic scores of study group were significantly lower than that of control group 4 weeks,8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group 8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).12 weeks after treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion It is effective to treat Tourette’s syndrome with valproate combining tiapride.更多还原
