【摘要】 目的观察89Sr及89Sr联合博宁(帕米磷酸二钠)治疗肿瘤晚期多发骨转移癌的疗效。方法 56例恶性肿瘤多发骨转移癌随机分为89Sr治疗组(单纯组)和89Sr+博宁组(联合组)各28例。结果单纯组镇痛缓解率82.14%,联合组镇痛缓解率92.86%;骨病灶好转率单纯组75.0%,联合组85.71%,生活质量得到相应改善。结论 89Sr对肿瘤全身多发骨转移癌具有较好的缓解疼痛作用,并可延长患者生命,而联合博宁更能提高疗效和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of 89Sr and 89Sr with Bonin for multiple bone metastasis.Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups,including the simple 89Sr treatment,Bonin and 89Sr treatment.Results The effective rate of simple group and combination group were 82.14% and 92.86%,respectively.The effective improvement rate of the bone focus were 75.0% and 85.71%.There was homologous improvement in general conditions.Conclusion It has certain effect to treat multipie bone metastases with 89Sr combined with Bonin.更多还原
