【摘要】 目的探讨清创术+GSX高效辐射烧伤治疗机+外用金因肽的临床效果。方法选取40例重症天疱疮住院患者对照组20例,采用清洗创面+外涂紫草油+红外线照射20分钟,每天1-2次的方法;20例观察组,采用清创术+GSX高效辐射烧伤治疗机+外用金因肽的方法。结果观察组的皮损干涸时间、愈合时间、住院天数和感染率明显低于对照组,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论重症天疱疮局部皮损采用清创术+GSX高效辐射烧伤治疗机+外用金因肽的方法,能有效降低感染率;缩短皮损干涸时间、愈合时间和住院天数,是一种有效的局部皮损护理好方法,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the efficacy on pemphigus treated by debridemem and GSX high-efficiency radiative bum treating machine and rhEGF.Methods ln treatment group,20 severe pemphigus patients were treated by debridement and GSX high-efficiency radiative bum treating machine treating and external application.As the control,the other 20 severe pemphigus patients were treated with debridement and external application of borage oil and infrared ray irradiation.Result The durations of lesions drying,healing and theaverage hospitalization as well as the infection rat in treatment group were allsignificantly lower than that incontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of debridement and High-efficiency radiative bum treating machine treating and external application of rhEGF is effective in treating severe pemphigus.更多还原
