【摘要】 目的了解医护人员手卫生依从性的现状,分析影响医护人员手卫生依从性的因素,探讨防范措施,降低医院感染。方法对318名医护人员的洗手行为进行随机抽样调查,对167名医护人员进行洗手技术的考核,对调查及考核结果进行分析。结果医护人员洗手率低、洗手合格率低,操作前洗手执行率10.60%,操作后为37.74%。考核正确洗手方法,护士合格率为67.03%,医生为42.11%,护士掌握较好。结论强化手卫生知识的教育,加强监督管理,以提高医护人员手卫生的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate compliance with hand hygiene practices and relative factors in health-care settings.Methods A random sample survey for hand-washing practices was carried out in 318 health-care workers.Additional evaluation of hand-washing skills was done in 167 health-care workers.Results Low hand-washing rates and pass rates were found for health-care workers.Pre-operation and post-operation hand-washing rate were 10.60% and 37.74%,respectively.Pass rates of hand-washing procedure were 67.03% for nurses and 42.11% for doctors.Conclusion Hand hygiene compliance improvement may be achieved by strengthening hand hygiene education,supervision and management of medical staffs.更多还原
