【摘要】 目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影及后处理技术对主动脉夹层的显示能力及临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析手术证实15例主动脉夹层的螺旋CT血管造影资料及后处理技术的应用。结果多种后处理图像与轴位图像相结合能清晰显示主动脉夹层的解剖细节及毗邻关系,可清晰显示主动脉夹层的真假腔、撕裂的内膜。结论多层螺旋CT血管造影结合后处理技术对主动脉夹层的诊断具有多方面的优越性,对于选择治疗方法、指导临床手术、观察术后疗效及随访具有重要的应用价值,可作为首选检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the display ability and the clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) angiography.Methods The findings of MSCT angiography of 15 cases of aortic dissection verified by surgery and post processing technology were retrospectively analyzed.Results The anatomical characters and the relationship between aortic aneurysm or aortic dissection and neighboring organs could be visuslized clearly and directly by the reconstructed images,including the true and false lumina of aortic dissections,the lesion of false anurysm.Conclusion MSCT angiography and post processing technology has unique superiority not only for the diagnosis of the aortic dissection but also for the selection of treatment method,the observation of the curative effect and for the follow-up.更多还原
