【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道电切联合术后0.5%碘伏膀胱内灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效。方法 42例病理证实的腺性膀胱炎患者,21例经尿道电切术后行0.5%碘伏膀胱内灌注(Ⅰ组),21例仅单纯电切治疗(Ⅱ组),比较两组术后复发率。结果随访12~36个月,平均24个月,Ⅰ组1例复发,Ⅱ组5例复发,两组总复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道电切联合术后0.5%碘伏膀胱内灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎能明显减少腺性膀胱炎电切术后复发,具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of transurethral electroresection combined with iodophor intravesical irrigation for the treatment of cusitits glandularis.Methods Of 42 cases of pathological proven cystitis glandularis,21 cases were managed by intravesical irrigation of iodophor after transurethral electroresection(group Ⅰ),and the remaining 21 cases were not subjected to any drug after operation(group Ⅱ).The recurrent rate between two groups were compared.Results After average follow-up for 24 months(12-36 months),there were 1 and 5 cases of recurrence in group Ⅰand Ⅱ,respectively.There was significant difference in the recurrent rate between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral electrore-section combined with iodophor intravesical irrigation for treatment of cystitis glandularis can significantly decrease the recurrence of cystitis glandularis.更多还原
