【摘要】 目的观察消旋卡多曲颗粒、蒙脱石散联合治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将诊断为轮状病毒感染性急性腹泻患儿100例随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,对照组在常规补液的基础上按年龄、体重服用蒙脱石散,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上,加用消旋卡多曲颗粒,观察治疗后排便次数、性状和临床症状的变化及不良反应。结果治疗组患儿较对照组的止泻时间为55.23h±9.16h,74.24h±10.0h,总病程79.78h±11.35h和106.54h±13.71h缩短,治疗组显效率40%,有效率50%,总有效率90%;对照组显效率30%,有效率38%,总有效率68%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组未发现副作用。结论消旋卡多曲颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性腹泻能较快减少腹泻次数,改善大便性状,有效缩短腹泻病程,用药后无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of racecadotril combined with smectite on rotavirus diarrhea in infants.Methods 100 infants diagnosed with rotavirus diarrhea were randomly divided into 2 groups.Both groups received a routine combined modality therapy.The patients of control group were given smectite powder,while the patients of treatment group were given racecadotril.The diarrhea controlling time and the diarrhea period of all cases,calculate the total effective rate were observed.Results The diarrhea controlling time and the diarrhe period of the treatment group were shorter than that of the control group(55.2306h±9.16h vs 74.24h±10.0h,and 79.78h±11.35h vs 106.54h±13.71h),respectively.The total effective rates of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(90% vs 68%,P<0.01).Conclusions Combined racecadotril with smectite is effective and safe for rotavirus diarrhea in infants.更多还原
