【摘要】 目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者妊娠时机与孕产期处理。方法分析32例SLE患者合并妊娠的临床资料和处理方法。结果 32例SLE患者合并妊娠使用糖皮质激素治疗后,活动期病例妊娠丢失率57%,静止期病例丢失率为12%,前者与后者相比明显升高(P<0.01)。25例新生儿均无畸形和死亡,孕产妇无产后出血及死亡。结论正确选择妊娠时机及合理使用肾上腺皮质激素,多数SLE病例能获得妊娠机会及安全渡过孕产期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) patients with pregnancy.Methods The clinical information of the 32 SLE patients with pregnancy were analyzed.Results The pregnancy loss rate was 57% in the active phase,and the pregnancy loss rate was 12% in the quiescent phase of these patients.25 cases of newborns had no deformities and death,and no maternal postpartum hemorrhage and death occurred.Conclusion The correct timing of pregnancy and the use of adrenal cortex hormones could make the majority of SLE patients to obtain a pregnancy opportunity and to undergo a safe pregnancy process.更多还原
