【摘要】 目的探讨小儿病毒性脑炎脑电图(EEG)的临床特征。方法对临床诊断为病毒性脑炎的74例患儿的脑电图进行回顾分析。结果 74例患儿中EEG异常62例(83.8%),其中轻度异常38例(61.3%),中度异常16例(25.8%),重度异常8例(12.9%)。结论脑电图检查对小儿病毒性脑炎的早期诊断、治疗及预后有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate clinical features of electroencephalogram(EEG) of children with viral encephalitis.Methods 74 children with viral encephalitis were analyzed.Results 62 children(83.8%) had abnormal EEG in 74 children.38 children(61.3%) were mild abnormalities,16 children(25.8%) were moderately abnormalities,and 8 children(12.9%) were severe abnormalities.Conclusion EEG is very important in early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of viral encephalitis in children.更多还原
