【摘要】 目的研究裸花紫珠片在肛门疾病治疗中的临床效果。方法观察组用裸花紫珠片1.5 g,每日3次口服;对照组用安络血100 mg,每日3次口服。结果观察组176例,显效37例,有效126例,无效23例,总有效率92.6%;对照组86例,显效8例,有效59例,无效19例,总有效率77.9%。两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论裸花紫珠片与安络血两者止血功能相似,但裸花紫珠片对肛门疾病术后所致的肿痛、坠胀、水肿等诸症更有协同治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of Luohuazizhu tablet in treatment of anal diseases after operation.Methods The observe group was treated with Luohuazizhu tablet and the control group was treated with Carbazochrome.Results In the 176 patients of the observe group,there were 37 cases with distinguished effect,126 cases with effective and 23 cases with inefficient.The total effective rate was 92.6%.In the 86 patients of the control group,there were 8 cases with distinguished effect,59 cases with effective,19 cases with inefficient.the total effective rate was 77.9%.Conclusion Luohuazizhu tablet has the synergetic therapeutic efficacy in treating pain,distend,edema of anal diseases after operation.更多还原
