【摘要】 目的探讨应用自身组织材料疝囊壁行疝修补的手术方法。方法33例患者术中按中华医学会临床技术操作规范要求普通外科分册游离精索不横断提睾肌,沿疝囊轴线剥开形成疝囊瓣,距疝环2 cm切开疝囊腹膜层内荷包结扎疝囊颈,将疝囊瓣平铺,内侧固定于腹直肌鞘外缘,外侧固定于髂耻束上,再完成后续操作。结果本组患者均治愈,围手术期无切口感染、积血及并发症,术后随访2~4年无复发,局部无明显感觉障碍。结论疝囊壁作为修补材料应用临床符合人体解剖,操作简单,恢复快,复发率低,可在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the surgery technique with hernial tissue flap materials to repaired the hernia sac wall.Method 32 patients were treated with hernial tissue flap materials to repaired the hernia sac wall.The effects and side-effects were observed.Result The patients were cured.There were no serious complication including wound infection,hematocele and relapse.Conclusion Hernia sac wall as a repair material is consistent with human anatomy with simple operation,quick recovery and low recurrence rate.更多还原
