【摘要】 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三期增强扫描和使用水作对比剂在胃癌诊断和T分期中的价值。方法对56例经胃镜证实或怀疑为胃癌的病人均于术前1周内行多层螺旋CT检查。分析多层螺旋CT检查结果,并与术后病理结果进行对照分析。结果多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描和使用水作充盈剂可发现和正确定位所有进展期胃癌患者。MSCT对胃癌T分期的正确率为73.0%,判断浆膜侵犯的正确率、敏感性和特异度分别为89.0%、89.7%和82.0%。结论多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描对胃癌的显示率高。T分期对指导胃癌手术方式和判断预后具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to determine the role of multi-detector row CT in T staging of advanced gastric cancer.Methods We analyzed the clinicopathologic results of 56 advanced gastric cancer patients undergone MSCT before operation.Results MSCT achieved correct T staging in 41 patients(73%).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of multi-detector row computed tomography in the assessment of serosal invasion in patients with gastric cancer was 89.0%,89.7%,and 82.0%,respectively.Conclusion The accurate rat was 89% of multi-detector row CT scanning of gastric cancer.更多还原
