【摘要】 目的探讨采用弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折的疗效。方法分析采用弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折23例的临床治疗效果。术后除1例失访外余均得到随访,随访时间6~13个月(平均7.5个月)。结果23例均获得临床愈合,愈合时间平均10周,患肢功能和邻近关节活动接近正常,22例在术后1年内取出髓内钉。本组病例术后无感染、骨不连、骨骺损伤,无明显畸形愈合。结论弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折有效,适用于4岁~15岁儿童的股骨干骨折,具有手术切口小、软组织损伤小、手术时间短、康复快、并发症少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of femoral shaft fractures in children with elastic stable intramedullary nailing(ESIN).Methods 23 children were treated with ESIN for femoral shaft fractures and 22 cases of them were followed up for 6-13 months.Results All fractures were radiographically united at 10 weeks.The limbs function and joint motion were nearly normal.The nails were moved in 22 cases less than 1 year.Infections,non-united,malunion and epiphyseal injury were not happened.Conclusion Elastic stable intramedullary nailing seems have curative effect for treatment femoral shaft fractures in children,especially,suitable for 4-15 years old children,for the treatment has smaller operative incision,soft tissue,shorter operation time,rehabilitation fast and fewer complications.更多还原
